All payments for services on the Thavira Health platform are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
We accept multiple modes of payment, including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI (Equated Monthly Installments), subject to availability.
EMI facility is offered by select issuing banks and is subject to the bank’s approval. Thavira Health does not guarantee EMI eligibility or approval.
In case of payment failure, clients are advised to retry with valid details or contact their issuing bank.
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email/SMS/invoice will be generated and shared with the client.
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international clients, currency conversion charges or bank fees may apply, and Thavira Health is not responsible for such charges.
