Her Story

The Struggle

Manisha kept blaming food and cycling through restrictive diets, yet her digestion worsened. Morning bloating, sharp acidity, poor sleep, and constant fatigue became the norm. Long work hours, skipped meals, heavy caffeine intake, and late nights left her body without rhythm or recovery.

Daily Symptoms

  • She would experience bloating and heavy mucus early in the morning. Sometimes he would even feel nauseated.
  • Throughout the day after her first coffee, she would feel a burning sensation in her stomach and there was a pit in the stomach which would cause her to feel uneasy and anxious.
  • She was irritable, tired by evening and persistently looked like she was exhausted.

The Breaking Point

She kept doing tests for her markers. Her doctors told her that it's probably stress and put her on anxiolytics which did not help her problem. She was also on antacids for a long time. Her endoscopy report showed erosive gastritis and PPI were not solving her problem. She needed a permanent solution.

Our Assessment

What We Discovered

Her symptoms were driven by a disrupted circadian rhythm, overactive stress response, and erratic sleep timings. This was a majorly lifestyle related disease.

Root Causes Identified

  • The problem was mainly associated with a disturbed lifestyle, improper dietary pattern, poor sleep quality and persistent stress that had put her body in a perpetual autonomic hyperdrive leading to increased acid production and delayed gastric emptying.
  • With constant cortisol flooding her system, she was also getting more prone to respiratory illnesses like sinus infections and sore throats occasionally.

Doctor's Analysis

Without proper lifestyle management and dietary guidance, the problem would not resolve simply by medications. This was a deep rooted lifestyle problem than a physiological discomfort.

Treatment Protocol

Phase 1: Lifestyle Stabilization

  • We fixed her sleep schedule, added sleep supporting supplements to aid in falling asleep better, reduced her screen time prior to sleeping, set proper meal timings and fixed a simple gut healing diet to begin with.
  • We also introduced some simple exercise routine to bring her body to its natural rhythm and suggested activities to fix the circadian rhythm like sunlight, lunaception and reduced LED exposure.

Phase 2: Nutritional reset

  • Once her lifestyle was brought to balance, we started fixing her gut through diet and supplements and assessed all nutritional deficiencies like Magnesium, Zinc, B12, etc to complete the demands of the body.

Phase 3: Gut Foundation & Stabilization

  • Once all nutritional deficiencies were addressed and the lifestyle was brought to normal, half of the problem was already resolved.
  • This phase was fairly easy which was to introduce gut healing compounds and herbal kashayas to soothe the linings and hasten the recovery process.
  • Along with reintroduction of food to assess gut tolerance.

Daily Routine

Consistent wake-sleep timing, morning sunlight, warm meals at fixed intervals, limited caffeine, regular breakfast, short walks, evening wind-down routine, nasal breathing, and digital cut-off before sleep.

Her Journey

Week 2: Morning Shift

Woke up feeling lighter. Morning bloating reduced. Acidity episodes noticeably fewer.

Week 4: Energy Returns

Energy stabilized through the day. Sleep deeper and more refreshing.

Month 2: Digestive Predictability

Digestion became consistent. Food tolerance improved. Brain fog reduced.

Month 3: Rhythm Restored

Stable digestion, minimal acidity, strong energy, calm mind, and renewed sense of control.

Life After Treatment

6 Months Later

Manisha now knows what to do and what lifestyle to follow. Even if her work causes her to slip up and go back to previous patterns, she knows how to get herself back to the proper rhythm and restore her body to health. She has not become self-sufficient.

In Her Own Words

“I had no idea it was my lifestyle that was causing my disease. I knew my sleep was maybe affecting my health and giving me occasional headaches, but I realized the importance of lifestyle only after I actually saw the results simply by correcting my lifestyle errors. Big thanks to the doctors for teaching me the correct way to live my life.”

What Manisha Still Does

  • Consistent sleep schedule
  • Regular meals with breakfast
  • Limited caffeine intake
  • Morning sunlight exposure
  • Mindful eating and stress regulation
